March already?!  Nearly so…this week is Group A, and Walk-in’s Welcome– Wednesday at Bee Healthy, 635 Big Horn Ave, Worland…10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Best selection early in the day–

Here’s what’s in store for the Administrator’s Special:  Fuji Apples for the fruit, Red Fingerling potatoes…Green Beans…Butterhead and Leaf Lettuce, Large Orange Bell Pepper, Cucumber, Rubies-on-the-vine Tomatoes (Large Cherry-size)…Large Avocado and limes (guacamole if you choose)…challenge vegetable this week:  Leeks with a yummy and simple Leek Soup Recipe with instructions for prepping your leeks.  We are also including, at no charge, 2 Barettana Cipollinis (disk shaped large yellow onion types from out own garden!)–$25  (2 Extra’s Available this week)

Here’s what you should know about LEEKS:  they are in the Allium family with other onion types, but they are handled differently in the body.  Some folks that are allergic to onions can handle leeks.  Leeks, along with garlic and onions, are body healthy and have amazing healing abilities within a healthy body.  Onions and Garlic have a prominent place in cancer fighting according to some prominent academic studies.**

The long awaited truck has arrived!  We will be at Bee Healthy today from 10:00 to 5:30–best selection earlier in the day!  

I have two members that are out of town this week…SO, I have two Administrator’s Shares for sale for $25:  Red Potatoes, Tomatoes & Broccoli, Tropical Fruit (Bananas, Champagne Mango, & Tangelos…2 lemons), and fixings for Swiss Chard Salad…a good keeper for a couple of days in the fridge (gives you your high impact greens, anthocyanin red beets, & cucumber).

Lots of other items, including 13 bags of Brussels Sprouts in 12 oz bags for $3.75, and Dole Golden Pineapples for $5.50.
