All items subject to availability. Deliveries dependent on weather. Minimum order amount per Route is $300. Fees may apply if below the minimum. Routes are within the Big Horn Basin, incuding Lovell and Cody, and Over The Mountain to Buffalo/Sheridan. Casper orders are filled and picked up by Fresh Foods Wyoming for delivery to the Casper area through Thermopolis and Shoshoni.

Ordering Schedule—Orders placed Monday morning will be filled and delivered Tuesday. Orders placed Tuesday morning will be filled and picked up Wednesday morning at The Farm. Orders placed Wednesday morning will be filled and delivered Friday. (Thursday is CSA Pick Up, no orders are filled that day.)
