Special Boxes–6 Left–Pick Up Friday, December 2nd

We are packing the boxes tomorrow for delivery Friday to Bee Healthy–6 left!  Adding a bag of Broccoli–last of the SEASON but still tender and sweet!

Great quality and flavor on the veggies:  purple cauliflower and carrots, Rose Finn Apple fingerling potatoes, red kale and onions, 1# of Brussels sprouts, a celeriac (celery root), and a creamy colored and creamy textured Hidatsa squash!

Hidatsa is great baked in the office or cooked down for pumpkin-type pie…steam the cauliflower, roast the carrots, and boil the fingerlings and coat with a simple butter sauce…boil and roast the Brussels sprouts in the cast iron skillet with olive oil and salt and pepper…celeriac is a strong but mild celery flavor for your favorite chicken noodle soup.  And BROCCOLI makes my mouth water!! $25.00, pay at pick up–check or cash.

text to 431-1219, or email craftterri@rtconnect.net–Thursday is the last day to reserve your box of local veggies from Lloyd Craft Farms–   🙂
