July 8th Deadline

Kinda hard to think about anything with the heat and the LONG HOLIDAY WEEKEND–
BUT–Monday is the deadline for ordering your very own Pork Package.  Cost is $72 for 12 pounds–All meats are high quality and very nutritious:  bargleygrass sprout finishing gives a flavorful and lean meat.  No antibiotics or Hormones–Locally grown and butchered. Pack includes at least 6 individually wrapped packages of meat, frozen.  A 5th variety pack was added which includes hamburger patties, pork chops, and ground beef.  Check the web www.lloydcraftfarms.com , Meat Share for specifics.   The Farmer’s Wife–

FERMENTED DRINKS–KOMBUCHA & WINE-MAKING BASICSEach participant will have an opportunity to witness and learn about Kombucha, secret of the East, considered a health tonic by many and a great Tea full of probiotics and B-Vitamins by most. Cost includes a qt. jar with your very own SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast) and thorough instruction on how to make your own. Bonus–Sample tastes from personal stashes. 😉

Second part of the class will be on the basics of wine-making. Whether you know it or not, wine-making supplies can be purchased here in Worland on main street!
