HUMBLE Deodorant Products– Humble ingredients…Humble Beginnings…

We’ve got a deal…lots of personal care products, including several varieties of deodorant. Herban Cowboy and Every Man Jack for the men. Own Beauty and Lavilin Bio Balance once a week antiperspirant for the women (and men if you don’t mind the box design)… Schmidt’s and Crystal for both, and six on clearance to make room for new ones.

What I’m sharing today is a line that we are ‘testing’ called Humble. Humble because it has Nothing Bad (their trademark) and simple ingredients–fractionated coconut oil, non-GMO cornstarch, baking soda, and essential oil scents: Patchouli & Copal, Pine & Cedarwood, Mountain Lavender, Moroccan Rose to name a few. They have a hemp comfort bar, and a hemp extract deodorant, and one stick with no baking soda for those that are sensitive to that ingredient. No aluminum or other long named bizarre ingredients–if you thought deeply why would you want to put them on your skin, let alone slather in your arm pits!

I say ‘testing’ because we are asking you to consider a token purchase, try them out, and then give us some feedback to determine whether we want to stock them on a regular basis. We will ask your name and a text number so we can check with you in a couple of weeks.

They also have a lip balm line–coconut oil, beeswax, cacao seed butter, apricot seed oil, and Vitamin E….and a scent or no…

Stop in and check it out…make a small purchase and sign up for feedback…appreciate it!
“Sweat and Drink Plenty of Water–
One simple, but oft-overlooked factor in health and longevity is sweating. But these days, the Western world is addicted to air conditioning, so people rarely sweat. We sit all day in temperature-controlled offices, ride home in air-conditioned cars, and set our home thermostats to 68 degrees. Most people literally have to go out of their way to sweat.

Growing up, I was told it was important to sweat to remove poisons from the body. In fact, one of the more efficient ways to remove mercury from your body is by sweating. At one time, regular sweating was even a traditional treatment used in medical clinics.

Another simple thing you can do is drink plenty of water. Many people are dehydrated and don’t even know it. The obsession with sugary drinks also worsens dehydration because elevated sugar levels in the blood stimulate loss of body water.

Of course, while you do want to sweat, you must be careful that it doesn’t lead to dehydration.”
