This has been a stellar week!  We transplanted all the tomatoes yesterday and finished the job with the Peppers and Eggplant today– Hallelujah!  Will see what that little windstorm did to the plants tomorrow…  Garden is coming along!  Don’t forget to get signed up for the start of the CSA–

Tomorrow’s Boxes are in the cooler ready for pick up tomorrow, and The Store is well stocked!  Items to consider are 1# of ORG Strawberries–they smell and taste so good!  (Look perfect, too, 3 cases available)  1 case of ORG Blueberries. I also have larger ORG Yukon potatoes, some ORG Red’s, and a mesh bag of Fingerlings.  Last week’s ORG Granny Smith apples are almost gone, but I snagged 40# of Cripps Pink’s (that from which Pink Lady gets its name), and ORG Black Plums (very sweet and firm), more ORG Kiwi, ORG Bananas, Avocados, Oranges and other citrus.  I’ve ordered in 1 case of ORG Poppies on the Vine tomatoes, more ORG Romas, more ORG Jalapeno bags, and the ORG Tri-Pack Bell Peppers.  Glass cooler is full!  WA Asparagus this week is larger in diameter and looks yummy…most of our Big Horn Basin asparagus has finished for the season.  Artichokes, ORG English Cucumbers, ORG Zucchini, ORG Girl Baby Spinach, and Greybull Valley Living Lettuces and their new Living Herbs:  Dill and Mint.  I’ve also ordered in Oyster Mushrooms and more Shiitake’s, as well as Crimini (little Portabella’s or Mini-Bells), and lots of White Mushrooms, and a couple packs of Portabella’s.  All reasonably priced!

Come and check it out!  Boxes this week are full of Green Onions or ORG Yellow onions, Greybull Valley Living Lettuce (Romaine and Leaf), ORG Fingerlings or Black Summer Bok Choi (with ORG Ginger Root), bundled Barese Swiss chard or bundled Spinach (from our high tunnel), our own Broccolini Galion X, ORG English Cucumber, and for fruit:  ORG Red Seedless Grapes, 2 ORG Lemons, and a large Hass Avocado.  $30  (2 EXTRA’s available, first come, first serve)

See you at The Farm, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm–  Thursday only!  The Farmer’s Wife
