If you would like a box of Veggies right now, I have an unclaimed Special Box from last Friday– Cost is $25– it is at Bee Healthy for convenience of pick up- 635 Big Horn Ave. (Worland)–10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. You can check it out, we made room in the cooler!
The Contents of this Box:
- 3# Rose Apple Finn Fingerlings– easy to cook potatoes
- Borettana Cipollini Onion– great steamed, fried, or roasted…saucer-shaped
- 1# Carrots– orange and sweet
- 1/2# Red Beets– high density antioxidant food
- Deadon Cabbage– small head, wrinkled leaves, great cooked, beautiful to look at with greens and pink blush
- 1/2# Sunchokes– roasted mine in the oven tonight with carrots, Butternut, onion, potatoes, and served on toast with a Parmesan white sauce on top!
- 2 Honey Bear Acorn Squash–petite and sweet
- Info sheet and 4 recipes using the Deadon, Beets, Sunchokes, and Fingerlings
