Christmas is upon us…Yay! (But we still eat–right?)

Don’t get lost in the Christmas season.  More than anything this time of year we need to get those veggies–we’re going to have plenty of sweets and treats to offset with good nutrition and whole foods.  Eating healthy is simple; You don’t need to be a Chef to prepare your meal–steam, boil, broil, or eat raw…okay with Ranch dip–

Tuesday is the last day to assure you have a Special Box of local, organically raised veggies.  Order by email or text to 431-1219.  Pick Up Friday at Bee Healthy, 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
