What do we have at THE STORE this week?

Tomorrow is the BIG DAY– Pick Up Day at THE FARM!  Shares will be ready…Store will be set up and open at 4:00. Fruit this week is Riverton Raspberries– $3.50 (1/2 pint or $33 a flat), Hass Avocados– $1.75, Fresh Strawberries- $4.00 gallon, Yellow Nectarines– $2.75/#, Black Plums– $2.25/#, Utah Peaches– $1.50/#, Ginger Gold apples– $1.50/#…and the usual bananas, lemons, limes, pineapple, and mangoes!

Of course- our own Cantaloupe, Honey Dew, and Exotic melons–$1.25/# and $1.50/#.  SPECIAL PRICING: buy 2 Cantaloupe and pay $1.00/# !

Farm Fresh Eggs, too.  Our own HERBS, and some miscellaneous veggies, too.  Ginger root, Turmeric, and Garlic.  Fresh Fennel Bulbs with fronds.  Ask if you don’t see something!

 

For the Canners (CSA Members and Non-CSA Members):  four 20# boxes of TOMATOES— $25 each…ready to can this weekend!  (Will be harvesting Heirloom Tomatoes for the Spaghetti Sauce kits–10# tomatoes, plus onions, bell peppers, and fresh herbs!  Recipe included– Sign up for the KIT–)

Sign up for SWEET CORN next week– Peaches and Cream to be harvested Monday or Tuesday- $8.00/24 ears.

Sign up for a flat of RASPBERRIES– $33. (limited number on hand, first come, first serve) 

GREEN BEANS (snap beans for canning)- $45/20#

FRENCH GREEN BEANS (great frozen)- $25/10#

Let us know what else you are looking for to freeze, can, dehydrate, or pickle–Roma tomatoes are great dehydrated…got those on hand!
