GREENSFresh Express Caesar Salad Mix (Perfect balance of dressing and Romaine), Fresh Express POMEGRANATE CRANBERRY SALAD MIX (new item), Red Scarlet Kale, RAINBOW CHARD, and Fresh Express Baby Spinach.

HERBS/SEASONINGS–Ginger root, Thai Basil, Poultry Mix (Sage, Rosemary, Thyme), Parsley, Mushrooms, Fennel bulb with fronds, and Garlic.

VEGGIES–Red Beets, Carrots, Parsnips, our own Alpine Daikons and Watermelon Radishes, Leeks,  Cipollini onions (small Red and large Yellow), Sierra Blanca Onions (fresh not dried), Yukon Potatoes, Sweet Potatoes, Garnet Yams, our own Cabbage, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Cucumbers, Celery and our own Celeriac, Green Beans, Zucchini, Orange Bell Peppers, Roma Tomatoes, Cherry Tomatoes, & Winter Squash.

All items except Avocados and Citrus are USDA certified organic, or organically raised by us.  Avocados, oranges, grapefruit, and lemon quality has not been good from the organic section.  I refer to the Dirty Dozen List put out by the Environmental Working Group when buying non-organics.  If you are juicing citrus with the peel, let me know and we can order organic–peel is where the chemicals are pooled. (Dirty Dozen List is posted on our web under the Nutrition tab.)

See you Wednesday at Bee Healthy- 635 Big Horn Ave.  Walk-in’s Welcome–best selection earlier in the day.   The Farmer’s Wife
