We spent all day harvesting tomatoes, cantaloupe, and watermelons—the tables have been set up and the cooler perused for surplus-– Now we are ready for all Big Horn Basin people that want Farm Fresh and Locally Grown produce, organic principles, and lots of tender love and hard work… Prices are reasonable. Where?–At The Farm on Washakie Ten, turn at the 5 HUGE granaries! 8:00 to Noon–
Supplies on surplus items are limited–Cauliflower and Romanesque, Artisan Cherry Tomatoes, carrots, and Yum Yum Snack Peppers, Candy bulb onions (fresh), last of the zucchini for the season.
We have plenty of Athena Cantaloupe, French Charentais, Galia, Honey Dew…Mini-seedless Watermelons, Seedless Sweet Slice, and Heirloom Crimson Sweets. Melons priced from $2.50 to $6.00, and Watermelons $3 to $8.
We also have plenty of Tomatoes: Priced at $1.25/# pre-boxed, and $1.50 individually weighed. There are three 10# cases of Heirloom tomatoes at $1.50/#–Brandywine and German Johnson. Boxed units are 10#, 15#, 20#, 30#.
Other items to sell are Delicata, Spaghetti Squash, and Acorn squash….also some sweet Hooligan’s…a small multi-colored pumpkin. Bagged Broccoli, Kale, Armenian cucumbers, Tendersweet and Green and Red cabbages, Red Beets, Watermelon Radishes, 4 kinds of Hot Peppers, sweet peppers, 3 kinds of head lettuce at $1.75 each, Amarosa Fingerlings and Purple Viking potatoes.
There will also be red Kali Pears, $1.25/#–Fresh from Fower’s orchard in Utah.
