Lloyd Craft Farms Fresh Produce, Locally Grown

BUYER’S GROUP is up and ready to launch the first week in December!  You can still sign up to be a member –send an email to craftterri@rtconnect.net. 

— Include your name, address, and a phone number to contact you if necessary.

— Indicate whether you want to sign up as a Gold Member, Silver Member, or a Bronze Member.  (Refer to Buyer’s Group tab at http://www.lloydcraftfarms.com for more detail.)

— If you want the good stuff, but don’t want to take the time to decide what to order…and will be happy with what I order for the group…then indicate you want the Administrator’s Special.  For this Special you must sign up at either the Gold or Silver level.  (Administrator’s Special not available at the Bronze level.)

Nuts and Bolts of the Program–order 1st and 3rd Sunday each month, 16 week duration with a renewal option for another 16 weeks.  You do not need to be a member of Lloyd Craft Farms CSA.  Limited to 24 participants.  As a member you order case goods, though some items are available in quantities of 3. If you are interested in an item, but not a full case, you can indicate such and the Administrator will see if others can be found to share the case. 

–You will get the Price List via email the Friday before the week we order.

— Order via email Sunday night–that’s the Sunday directly after the Friday you get the list.  Orders are placed the first and third MONDAY of each month starting in December.

–Lloyd Craft Farms picks up the order Wednesday night from the delivery truck.  We will either take the orders to a central place in town to distribute or you can pick them up at The Farm on Thursday.  STILL WORKING THIS THROUGH–Truck delivery is never consistent and it is cold outside….BRRRRR

–Payment is made at the time of pick up plus 10% to cover the handling.

Things to remember:  We can not hold the produce more than 24 hours.  If we have to hold the produce more than 24 hours we can not guarantee its quality–may be frozen or wilted.  Items can be returned if damaged in shipment, but we have to notify the company within 24 hours of delivery–they order a credit to be applied to later shipments.  Gold and Silver must order twice a month–Bronze orders at their leisure.  You must order your minimum amounts of $60, $30, $20–It is the Gold Members that meet the minimum required of the company, so we should all thank them for their commitment!
