Clarification on Pick Up’s and PUMPKINS

Just a clarification–There are two Pick Up’s left and they will be on Thursday, October 16th, and Thursday, October 23rd.  Noon to 3:00, or 4:00, or 5:00, or 5:30…At The Farm–1049 Washakie Ten.

Please make every effort to come Thursday.  Cooler space is getting cramped and we are down to one cooler as the other has decided not to run. 🙁   Extra’s Table is only available at Pick Up.

Pumpkins–We are cleaning, weighing, and sorting the pumpkins for sale to Reese & Ray’s IGA.  We’ll have one pumpkin for each member–should be ready for you at the last pick up.  (ADD4Weeks option has a pumpkin or two, too)  Once we get them counted and weighed and have met the obligations listed, we’ll know if we have any extras to sell.  Stay tuned!

Next week’s share will have Sugar Pie Pumpkins, and this week you had Hooligan’s-  a sweet pumpkin.

Thanks, The Farmer’s Wife

Friday Deliveries

Hello Thermopolis people and those on the North Route–Deliveries as usual tomorrow–  Truck will be in Thermopolis at 10:15, and the North Route delivery starts in Manderson with a drop at 10:30, then on to Basin and Greybull.

Congratulations to all the members that picked up today!  The garden’s bounty is now in your refrigerators and out of our cooler– Extra’s table was phenomenal this week:  potatoes, Brussels sprouts, acorn squash, all kinds of peppers, Daikons and turnips, red and green cabbages!

There are 17 Shares set up in the BLUE cooler for Pick Up in the next couple of days.  If we are not around, open the door…the Shares are on the left side:  find your name on the wall label over each stack, take a crate off the top of that stack and transfer the contents to your bag.  If you have a Fruit Share they are in a separate stack to the far right.  BE SURE AND MARK YOUR NAME OFF THE LIST WITH THE ORANGE MARKER…otherwise at the end of the day we will not know who has not picked up–

We have two more weeks of Shares–Same time and place:  The Farm at 1049 Washakie Ten, noon to 3:00 p.m.  See you there and then!
