Information on the peaches–New Haven yellow peaches, freestone, sweet and juicy. There are 3 in your share- little over a pound. Taste them and then order a case for delivery next week–if you want. Case is 20#–Cost is $21.30. Order by email or sign up at Pick Up or Farmer’s Market. This offer applies to anyone–not just CSA members or Fruit Share members.
AND how are you enjoying the Cauliflower and Broccoli! We are overloaded–The Farmer informed me tonight that we have harvested all the Broccoli and Cauliflower–that planting is finished! I should have known–we are out of crates, the cooler is full, and we had to start up the second cooler.
The next crop of broccoli will be ready in a month, but the cauliflower not until the early fall. So….if you want to buy some broccoli or cauliflower, we will be selling it at Farmer’s Market for $1.50 a head. (Out-of-town members can send me an email by Thursday evening and we’ll throw some into the truck or car for the deliveries on Friday.)
Please tell your friends and neighbors–I easily have over 150 heads of each and they need to MOVE!
