SPRING SHARE PICK UP WEDNESDAY AT THE MUSEUM PARKING LOT–4:30 TO 5:30 P.M.
Share this week is GREAT!
1 pound of greens: Gourmet Baby Leaf Lettuce, Blue Baby Leaf Kale, Vit-European greens, Baby Spinach and a bag of adult-sized, but tender, Spinach Leaves for Roasting or cooking up with vinegar!
Full Spectrum will also get turnips–those yummy salad type from Japan–cauliflower, and the last of the broccoli. (We only intended on the turnips for two weeks–but there was so much animation when I passed them out last week, we included them again. Hope you don’t mind–)
Be prompt–I only have 23 heads of CAULIFLOWER this week. 🙁 The last three people will get theirs next week when the rest of them are ripe. 🙂 –Two more weeks of Spring Shares…carrots, kohlrabi, and bok choi still growing…more Red Russian Kale and Swiss Chard.
