Barleygrass Finished Plus has created 4 special variety packs for us–this will simplify the ordering and delivery–cost is $72 for around 12#–meat is frozen but still newly butchered and considered FRESH. Grass-fed and barleygrass sprout finished PORK–no hormones or antibiotics. Certain cuts are cured with nitrates, but are clearly labeled and contain a low percentage of the salts.
Variety Pack #1 is All Fresh–no additives; Variety Pack #3 is Fresh–Grill Pack…Pack #2 is a good pork variety with a little bit of everything…Pack #4 is the Breakfast Pack: Bacon, Ham steaks, Sausage…and hocks and shanks…What do you do with Hocks and Shanks other than split pea or bean soup?? Help me out here– but only after you place your order!

Hope I’m doing this right. We’d like to order the #1 pack. We’ll be gone Friday 19th on so can we pick up before that?
