We are so thrilled and excited! Tonight for dinner we had BLT’s with bacon from Barleygrass Finished Plus in Lovell. We are testing two of their Pork Variety Packs, and so far we like what we are seeing…tasting…smelling…and will be posting information on the web so you can enjoy their meat, too!
Here’s the plan–check out the Variety Packs which will be posted at www.lloydcraftfarms.com by Saturday morning. Pick the one (or two) that you would like to try–there are 9 Packs to chose from. Order them by email to tcraft@rtconnect.net by July 9th for delivery and payment the next week at your CSA pick up.
All Variety Packs are $72 and average 12#. This is real reasonable for organically raised pork!!
We will have CHICKENS available in late July, LAMB in August, and BEEF in the Fall. ALL MEATS ARE ORGANIC.
